Crocetta Cammalleri studied business administration with a focus on strategic management, human resources and is a trained systemic coach and organizational developer. Crocetta joined Wahler HR in 2014. Previously, she was involved in shaping organizational development and transformation in the energy industry in a wide variety of positions and then began her career as a management consultant with a focus on HR transformation in international management consultancies. Since the early days of WAHLER HR, Crocetta has accompanied companies of various sizes in challenging organizational development processes in the HR Digitalization area. In her consulting approach, Crocetta combines a systemic understanding of organizations with broad practical experience in HR digitization projects, as an impulse generator, designer, consultant & coach, and guide, not only with clients but also with WAHLER HR.

After completing his doctorate on questions of computer-aided group work, he worked at BASF in Ludwigshafen from 1999 to 2007. Various tasks in HR – such as a consultant for working time, HR information management – most recently responsible for setting up and managing the HR service center at BASF with 120 employees. Since 2007 professor for personnel management at Saarland University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to her passion for change processes, Daniela Budach brings her entrepreneurial and strategic know-how as well as her project experience. She specializes in the areas of personnel strategy and executive development as well as company analysis.

Doris Finner-Herzig studied pedagogy with the minor subjects psychology and sociology. Her focus was on human resources and organizational psychology. In addition, she further professionalized in a one-year systemic coaching training. Doris brings many years of human resources experience in the international environment of a large company in the IT industry. She also got to know the challenges of comparatively small, fast-growing companies in various industries in recent years. She is now looking forward to supporting companies throughout Austria in the design of their HR organizations from the Linz location.

There she worked on the usefulness of peer feedback in HRIS systems in her master thesis.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University, Ms. Kaiser worked in the management of operational units and as a manager in the top hotel industry in the United States and Germany. Here she dealt intensively with the topic of service for internal and external customers. When it came to managing and hiring employees, she became interested in the topic of “personnel”. She completed her academic career with a double MBA (Master of Business Administration) with focus HR at London Southbank University and Berlin School of Economics. This was supplemented by a trainer training. For over 12 years she has worked as an HR manager, HR officer and trainer in various companies, industries and international contexts (Switzerland, USA, France, England, Scandinavia).

After completing an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, Ulrich Tempel completed a degree in industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe with a focus on economics, computer science and operations research. He spent a year studying abroad at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. In the SAP training center in Philadelphia, Mr. Tempel was certified as an SAP R / 3 consultant. Mr. Tempel has been a business consultant since 1995. As an employee of well-known, global management consultancies and as a freelancer, he has worked on a large number of large, national and international projects, often for many years.
