Owner and managing director
Michael Wahler studied business administration with a focus on human resources. He is a certified SAP HCM consultant. Michael Wahler has worked in operational HR roles as well as international HR consulting for over 18 years. Michael Wahler combines in-depth administrative, strategic and IT knowledge to create innovative solutions.
Crocetta Cammalleri studied business administration with a focus on strategic management, human resources and is a trained systemic coach and organizational developer. Crocetta joined Wahler HR in 2014. Previously, she was involved in shaping organizational development and transformation in the energy industry in a wide variety of positions and then began her career as a management consultant with a focus on HR transformation in international management consultancies. Since the early days of WAHLER HR, Crocetta has accompanied companies of various sizes in challenging organizational development processes in the HR Digitalization area. In her consulting approach, Crocetta combines a systemic understanding of organizations with broad practical experience in HR digitization projects, as an impulse generator, designer, consultant & coach, and guide, not only with clients but also with WAHLER HR.
Norbert Englert studied American studies and political science. He has worked as a management consultant for more than 30 years and has held leading roles in the management of consulting firms. In addition, he took on operational responsibility for HR in Europe and worldwide for large companies. Until the end of 2012, Norbert Englert was Chief Human Resources Officer at a leading consulting firm based in New York.
After an apprenticeship in a trade association in Mainz, Wolfgang Appel studied business administration with a focus on organization and journalism. After completing his doctorate on questions of computer-aided group work, he worked at BASF in Ludwigshafen from 1999 to 2007. Various tasks in HR – such as a consultant for working time, HR information management – most recently responsible for setting up and managing the HR service center at BASF with 120 employees. Since 2007 professor for personnel management at Saarland University of Applied Sciences.
Andreas Adloff studied economics, including a focus on industrial and organizational psychology. Originally based in TQM consulting (Crosby Associates), career steps followed in the M&A context (KPMG) and a good 10 years ago he focused on increasing the performance of HR functions at global corporations in the consumer goods and capital goods sector (KPMG, Arinso, Hackett Group).
Lisa Armbruster studied organizational behavior at the University of Applied Sciences Fresenius in Idstein. Afterwards she did her Master in Human Resources Management at the Martin Luther University Halle Wittenberg in Halle (Saale). Before joining WAHLER HR in 2015, she worked as an Assistant Manager HR Optimization at KPMG AG in the Advisory department.
After studying business and economics, an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank AG and then working as a portfolio manager, Daniela Budach founded Wertikal in 2007. Daniela Budach spent some time in development policy at home and abroad, among others she worked for the Embassy of Namibia and the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation in Chile. In addition to her passion for change processes, Daniela Budach brings her entrepreneurial and strategic know-how as well as her project experience. She specializes in the areas of personnel strategy and executive development as well as company analysis.
Doris Finner-Herzig studied pedagogy with the minor subjects psychology and sociology. Her focus was on human resources and organizational psychology. In addition, she further professionalized in a one-year systemic coaching training. Doris brings many years of human resources experience in the international environment of a large company in the IT industry. She also got to know the challenges of comparatively small, fast-growing companies in various industries in recent years. She is now looking forward to supporting companies throughout Austria in the design of their HR organizations from the Linz location.
Stefan Friese has more than 20 years of experience as a personnel manager in various industries and cultures in Germany and abroad. Before his consulting work, he was responsible for all areas of human resources management as a human resources director of a service company, and he also completed additional training as a change manager (eurosysteam), business mediator (Constance School for Mediation) and systemic coach (ISB Wiesloch).
Georgina Frölichsthal studied business administration and psychology with a focus on HR. After working experience in various industries in Switzerland, Austria, Japan and Great Britain, she is now pleased to support companies in German-speaking countries in organizational development and HR digitization.
During her bachelor’s degree in educational sciences and sociology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, Elisabeth Jahl had a number of experiences as a working student and intern in recruiting and personnel development in companies of all sizes before moving on to the Master Strategy, Innovation and People Management at National University of Galway in Ireland. There she worked on the usefulness of peer feedback in HRIS systems in her master thesis.
At Wahler HR, she focuses on the optimization of HR processes, HR digitization and supports the implementation of organizational development measures.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University, Ms. Kaiser worked in the management of operational units and as a manager in the top hotel industry in the United States and Germany. Here she dealt intensively with the topic of service for internal and external customers. When it came to managing and hiring employees, she became interested in the topic of “personnel”. She completed her academic career with a double MBA (Master of Business Administration) with focus HR at London Southbank University and Berlin School of Economics. This was supplemented by a trainer training. For over 12 years she has worked as an HR manager, HR officer and trainer in various companies, industries and international contexts (Switzerland, USA, France, England, Scandinavia).
Marina Mach studied business administration with a focus on personnel development and management. In her master thesis, she examined the role of the project manager in a change project in medium-sized companies. In addition to her many years of professional experience in employer branding and personnel development in international companies, Marina Mach completed her training as a NLP master (DVNLP). At Wahler HR, she is looking forward to combining exciting digitization topics with comprehensive organizational development.
Martin Peusser studied business administration with a focus on human resources. Martin Peusser has been working in operational and strategic HR roles as well as HR consulting for over 23 years. Martin Peusser knows all facets of HR work and the challenges of HR managers.
After completing an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, Ulrich Tempel completed a degree in industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe with a focus on economics, computer science and operations research. He spent a year studying abroad at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. In the SAP training center in Philadelphia, Mr. Tempel was certified as an SAP R / 3 consultant. Mr. Tempel has been a business consultant since 1995. As an employee of well-known, global management consultancies and as a freelancer, he has worked on a large number of large, national and international projects, often for many years.
